Preserving and Developing Affordable Housing since 1967

The Maple Corporation's mission is to ensure the continued availability and accessibility of decent, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families and individuals in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.  This is accomplished by providing technical assistance and professional advice to facilitate the preservation of existing affordable housing and development of new affordable housing.
